## Description

Connect Phone turns your iPhone into a full Amazon Connect agent softphone — take and make customer calls anywhere, with the same tools your agents use at their desk.

Built for contact centres running Amazon Connect, Connect Phone signs agents in with their existing Connect login and a one-time workspace code from your administrator.

• Softphone — answer, dial, hold, mute and transfer calls over a secure connection to your Amazon Connect instance.
• Agent performance dashboard — live handled count, average handle time, talk, ACW and occupancy, straight from Amazon Connect.
• Smart transfer directory — queues and agents with live availability; transfer in a tap.
• Interaction timeline — the caller's recent contact history, so agents have context before they speak.
• Post-call wrap-up — capture a disposition and notes, written back to the Amazon Connect contact.
• Recording pause / resume — pause recording for sensitive moments, resume when done.
• Amazon Q assist — your Amazon Q in Connect knowledge and suggestions, right beside the call (optional).
• Single sign-on — SAML/SSO or native Connect login.

Connect Phone is a companion app for organisations that already use Amazon Connect. Your administrator configures it through the ProUCX onboarding portal; agents install, enter their workspace code once, and sign in.
