• Pre-dialysis: keep blood pressure, fluid intake and appointments in view – so you can shape the course of things yourself.
• Peritoneal dialysis: log exchanges with time, ultrafiltration and effluent colour – warning signs included.
• Hemodialysis: plan clinic appointments and record each session with weight, pulse and symptoms.
• Transplantation: take immunosuppressants on time – with a time-critical alarm that cannot be swiped away.
