## Description

The on-site event staff app for Gaytherings. Scan tickets, check in guests, and accept contactless payments with Tap to Pay.

Gaytherings Organizer is the on-site companion app for events hosted on Gaytherings, our LGBTQIA+ community events platform.

Built for organizers and their staff, the app handles everything at the door: scanning tickets, checking in guests, and selling tickets in person with Tap to Pay.

What we do:
• Fast check-in. Scan a ticket's QR code and get instant validation, with clear results for valid, already scanned, wrong event, and not found tickets.
• Manual check-in. Look up any order by name, email, or order ID when a scan is not an option.
• Live attendee list. Search and filter tickets by status: all, active, checked in, waiting. Every device stays in sync in real time.
• Door sales with Tap to Pay. Sell tickets and items at the door and accept contactless payments directly on iPhone, no extra hardware needed.
• Simple, secure staff access. Staff join through an Email invite from the organizer, with access scoped to their event and their role. No accounts to create, no passwords to manage.
• Works when the signal does not. Offline mode keeps scanning available and syncs when the connection returns.

Gaytherings Organizer is invite-only. To use the app, you need an active staff invite from an event organizer on Gaytherings. To create and manage events, visit gaytherings.com.
