Even a day with zero checks is gently accepted as "a day you rested well." There's no mechanism that blames you for what you didn't do.

○ Track your mood and journal
Log your mood with stamps and jot down a short journal entry. Look back on past records anytime from the calendar.

○ Conversations with Hidamari (Premium feature)
Hidamari responds with warm, supportive words to what you've written in your journal.

All records are stored locally on your device. Hidamari is an app you can keep at your own pace, without pressure.
