When you stop recording, Routines produces a clean transcript and structured AI notes: summary, decisions, and action items. Recorded a call elsewhere? Import the audio file and get the same treatment.

The Home tab shows today's calendar with your meetings in place, so you can join, record, and review without switching apps.

WORKS WITH YOUR MAC
Sign in with the same account on the Routines desktop app and everything syncs: meetings, notes, todos, and your library. The iPhone app is fully functional on its own; no desktop app required.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no tracking, no data sold. Audio is processed only to produce your transcript. You can delete your account and all synced data from inside the app at any time.
