EyeTally is a simple daily tally for your eye drops. Tap +1 each time you take a dose, and the app keeps count until you've hit your daily total. Counts reset automatically each morning.

Want a nudge instead? Optional reminders are there if you want them, entirely up to you.

Set up a Siri shortcut once, and log a dose hands-free: "Hey Siri, log Vital Tears." Setup instructions are built into the app.

Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no data collection of any kind.
