## Description

One document tells the whole film.

STB is a pre-production tool an advertising director built for himself: everything a PPM needs — contents, tone, references, storyboard, cast, wardrobe, art, locations, call sheets and schedule — in a single document. Finish it and you present from it; leave the meeting and you export from it.

◆ Shots behave like blocks
Drag to reorder and the numbering redoes itself; continuous shots stay together on one row. Long-press to multi-select, group them, or assign a whole batch to a shooting block.

◆ Sketch with Apple Pencil
Pen, marker, eraser — nothing to learn. Background and character sit on separate layers, so you can duplicate a shot and redraw only the performance: one location, several ways to play it. Drop a scout photo underneath at low opacity and trace over it, and the framing is right even if you cannot draw. Two-finger tap to undo, palm rejection throughout.

◆ Call sheet and rundown on a time chain
Change the call time or the length of any block and everything after it shifts, with the wrap time recalculated as you type.

◆ Crew list that doubles as end credits
The call-sheet crew list can stand as its own page for the client — no phone numbers, English and Japanese role names alongside — and exports to credits.json for the end roller.

◆ Schedule as a Gantt chart
Shoot, A copy, client feedback and final laid out on one line; drag a bar to move a date.

◆ Export is delivery
PDF (16:9) and an editable PPTX, straight into the native share sheet to AirDrop, save to Files, or send to your producer. A whole project also packs into a single .stb file that STB on another Mac or iPad picks up in one tap.

◆ Your data stays yours
No account, no cloud, no data collection of any kind. Projects live in the Files app, one folder each — backing up means copying a folder.

The Mac version is free and open source forever (search GitHub for STB), and the same project opens on both platforms.
