## Description

Most ab routines treat your core as one muscle. It is not. Upper abs, lower abs, obliques and deep core develop at different rates, and the weakest one caps how the whole set looks.

AbForge finds that zone and builds around it.

HOW IT WORKS

Take one photo of your abdomen. AbForge scores your zones separately, estimates your body fat, and tells you which zone is holding the rest back. Rescan whenever you want to see what moved.

WHAT YOU GET

A routine that targets your weakest zone
Your plan is built from your scan, your training frequency and where you train. It rotates as you complete workouts, so you are not repeating the same four exercises forever.

Fourteen exercises, every one on video
No guessing at form from a static drawing. Each exercise plays a demo you can watch mid set.

A guided session, not a list
Countdown, timer, rest between sets, swap an exercise you cannot do today. The camera can count your crunch reps if you want it to, and you log the rest yourself.

Nutrition that follows the same numbers
Calorie and macro targets calculated from your body and your goal. Log a meal by photo, by barcode, or by search.

Progress you can see
Scan history, workout streak, rank tiers, and a recovery day when your core needs one.

SUBSCRIPTION

AbForge requires a subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before you buy.

Monthly: $11.99 per month
Annual: $34.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

AbForge is for adults. Subscribing and using the body scan require you to be 18 or older.

AbForge is a fitness tool, not a medical device. The scores it produces are visual estimates, not clinical measurements. Talk to a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program.
