Every workout earns a strain score from heart-rate load, so hard days count and easy days stay easy. Load balance tracks your acute vs chronic training load and shows when you are in the sweet spot — and when you are piling on risk.

Sleep performance blends duration against your need, efficiency, deep and REM sleep and latency. Helix tracks sleep debt across the week and your sleep regularity — a measure that research links to long-term health more strongly than duration alone. No watch on? Helix can estimate your night from your iPhone.
