Point the camera at rusted steel: on-device AI outlines every corrosion patch live, and the LiDAR scanner measures its true surface area — no reference markers, no tape measures, no guesswork.

DETECT — a corrosion-trained neural network segments patches in real time, with stable outlines that survive camera motion. Distance, angle and light guidance keep every capture reliable.

MEASURE — LiDAR depth fused with the camera yields genuine surface area (cm²/m²) and span for each patch, with a stated tolerance. Multiple patches are measured individually and in total.

LOCATE — every scan is geotagged with a site name, browsable on a map and in a searchable, filterable log.

REPORT — generate clean A4 PDF defect reports with photo, outlines, measurements, GPS and capture conditions — ready to send from the field.
