## Description

Amais Voices brings the Romanian voice Paul to iPhone, iPad and Mac.

A free app, with no ads and no accounts. Speech synthesis runs entirely on your device, so it works without an internet connection and the text you read never leaves your phone.

FULL CONTROL OVER THE VOICE

- Adjustable speech rate, from very slow to very fast
- Adjustable pitch, for a deeper or higher voice
- Volume independent of system volume
- The voice is also available directly in VoiceOver and other accessibility tools

PRONUNCIATION DICTIONARY

You can correct the way any word is read: proper names, abbreviations, technical terms or foreign words. The rules you add apply every time.

BUILT FOR ACCESSIBILITY

The interface is fully VoiceOver compatible, with high contrast and large, easy-to-reach controls. The app was designed first and foremost for blind and low-vision users.

ABOUT THE PAUL VOICE

Paul is a male Romanian voice with natural, clear pronunciation, well suited to reading long texts. It is published as part of the open-source RHVoice project.

PLEASE NOTE

Speech synthesis can mispronounce words, especially proper names, abbreviations and numbers. This app is not a medical device. Do not rely on it alone for medication leaflets, dosages, legal documents or safety instructions.

Amais Voices uses the RHVoice engine (LGPL v2.1+) and the Paul voice (CC BY-SA 4.0), created by Ștefan Moisei. iOS build: Nelu Câmpean. An independent app, not affiliated with the RHVoice project.
