BLOCK YOUR WAY

• Schedules — block apps automatically at set times, every day. Wind-down at 10, deep work at 9. Works even with Serein closed.
• Time limits — a daily budget for the scroll. When it's spent, the door closes until tomorrow.
• Open limits — a few timed opens a day. Make each one count; midnight refills them.
• Focus sessions — start a block on the spot, for exactly as long as you commit to.

THE BREATH GATE

Tap a blocked app and you won't hit a wall of shame — you'll get one slow breath, then a choice. Most itches fade in ninety seconds. When you do unlock, it's for minutes you choose, with a live countdown in the Dynamic Island, and the block returns on its own.

• Rain Check — one hour of mercy, once a week. Every block pauses; no questions asked.
• Strict mode — no pause, no early exit, and Uninstall Protection so deleting the app isn't an escape hatch. For the promises you actually want kept.
