KC Coaching is the private app for Kadialy Coaching clients: nutrition and training with your real human coach, in one place.

NUTRITION
• Log your meals in seconds — food database, your own foods, favorites and recipes
• Photo analysis: snap your plate and get calories and macros
• Daily targets set by your coach, with training/rest day support
• Weight tracking, progress photos and weekly check-ins
• Restaurant menu scanner and smart assistant

TRAINING
• Your program, written by your coach — sets, reps, tempo and techniques
• Live workout logging with rest timer and previous-week reference
• Training calendar: see your week, reschedule sessions, track adherence
• Technique videos: record, get feedback from your coach
• Progress tracking with PRs and volume stats

COACHING
• Direct chat with your coach
• Closed meal plans, written and approved by your coach
• Everything synced — works offline at the gym
