BJJ MatPlan puts a complete Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in your pocket — whether you run a gym, train at one, or roll on your own. Learn or teach it it the traditional way, through games, or move freely between both.

CONSTRAINTS-LED GAMES 
• 86 live, task-based games. Every one gives each player their own goal, because the tension between those goals is the lesson
• An intensity dial on every game: step it up and a constraint gets added, so one game scales from a first-week white belt to a competition camp
• Filter by where it sits in your class (warm-up, skill, integration), by intensity, by focus, or by position
• Each game names what to pay attention to, how to score, when to reset, and how to scale it down for a beginner or a nervous partner
• Safety rules are first-class, not footnotes — leg entanglement and neck games state plainly what is and isn't allowed
