Invie is the secure billing and admissions portal for behavioral-health treatment centers, built by Innovative Billing Solutions (IBS). Manage the full revenue cycle, from verification of benefits through collections, in one place.

Invie connects IBS billing, utilization review, and VOB teams with the admissions and billing staff at the facilities they serve. Every workflow is role-scoped by facility and gated behind sign-in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Verification of Benefits (VOB)
Submit and track VOBs and attach supporting documents, including an insurance card, photo ID, or a soft VOB, straight from your device camera or photo library.

Pre-Assessments
Complete patient intake forms and generate a clean PDF for the record.

Census
Log daily group-therapy hours and level of care across a clear monthly grid.

Authorizations
Track payer authorizations with current and all-time filters, and follow patient status from admit through scholarship and discharge.

Dashboard and Reporting
See billed, collected, and outstanding totals at a glance, with collection-rate reporting across your book of business.

Privacy-First Notifications
Receive push and email alerts for VOB workflow events. Notifications reference the facility name only, never a patient name, a deliberate design choice to keep protected health information out of alerts.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Patient information is visible only after sign-in and is scoped to the facilities each user is authorized to see. Data is encrypted in transit, and notifications carry no protected health information.

ACCESS IS BY INVITATION ONLY
Invie is an enterprise tool with no public sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by IBS for its own staff and for the client facilities it works with. If your organization does not yet have access, contact IBS to be set up. App reviewers can sign in with the demo account supplied with this submission.
