RoamCX turns your iPhone into a native softphone for Amazon Connect — built for field engineers, mobile agents and anyone who works away from a desk.
Sign in with your organisation's credentials and your iPhone becomes a fully functional Amazon Connect agent workstation. Take and make calls, manage your agent status and handle tasks, all from the phone in your pocket.

FEATURES

- Incoming calls ring like a normal phone call, even when the app is closed or your phone is locked
- Make outbound calls from your contact centre number, not your personal one
- Calls run through your own Amazon Connect instance, so your existing recording, retention and reporting all still apply
- Set your agent status: Available, Offline and your organisation's custom states
- Receive, accept and complete Amazon Connect tasks on the move
- Call history, contact directory and in-call controls: mute, hold, transfer and keypad
- Single sign-on with your existing corporate identity provider — no separate passwords

RoamCX requires an Amazon Connect instance and an account provisioned by your organisation. It is not available for individual sign-up.
