Kynox is a personal tracking journal. You log what you take, what you eat, and what your body does. Kynox shows you the trend, without ever prescribing anything.

PROTOCOL TRACKING
- You create your own protocols: compounds, doses, frequency, titration steps. Everything is entered by you.
- Dose reminders so you never forget or double up.
- Complete history of every dose, with injection site and notes.
- Active level curves to visualize what's still in circulation.

NUTRITION
- Photo scan: snap a picture of your plate, Kynox estimates calories and macros.
- Barcode scan for packaged products.
- Weight per food item to refine the estimate.
- Calories, macros, and hydration ring on a single page.
- Log segmented by time of day (morning, noon, evening, snacks).
- Re-log a recent meal or copy yesterday's in one tap.

RESULTS
- Weight, waist size, energy, mood, sleep: track the metrics that matter to you.
- Clear charts over 7, 30, or 90 days.
- Your doses are plotted on your metric curves so you can see for yourself what's happening.

WHAT KYNOX DOES NOT DO
- No dose, product, or protocol recommendations.
- No purchase links, no sellers, no marketplace.
- No medical interpretation of your data.

PRIVACY
Your data is private by default, encrypted in transit, and isolated per account. You can export your full history or delete your account and data directly in the app.

SUBSCRIPTION
Kynox is a monthly or annual subscription, no commitment, cancellable anytime from your Apple account settings. Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
