Hemostat documents medical transports as a complete, tamper-evident chain of custody – from order to confirmed receipt.

WHO USES HEMOSTAT

Hospitals, laboratories, medical practices, pharmacies and courier services. One app for every role: requesters, dispatchers, couriers and recipients work in the same system – on iPhone and iPad.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Create a transport order in under a minute
• Scan single-use seals via QR – timestamps and condition are recorded automatically
• Confirm handovers with QR scan and signature
• Multi-stop tours with goods and contact person per stop
• Live map for dispatchers: see your own drivers in real time
• Shift and break management: location only during working hours
• Push notifications for every status change
• Works offline: scans and handovers are stored locally and synced automatically
• Share delivery-note PDFs straight from the app

PRIVACY IS PART OF THE PRODUCT

Hemostat stores transport metadata – no patient data, diagnoses or findings. Driver location is captured only during an active shift, with documented consent and a pause switch; position data is deleted automatically after the retention period (default: 30 days). Data residency: Germany. No ad tracking, no third-party analytics.

BUILT FOR AUDITS

Every step is written to an append-only, hash-chained event log. Audit-ready PDF/A exports are generated in the Hemostat web app.
