## Description

Every medicine, appointment and check-up in one private place. Reminders that reach you, a handover sheet for the hospital, and nothing ever leaves your phone.

KeepTrack is a private organiser for everything health-related that's due — your medicines, your appointments, and the preventive check-ups that are easy to lose track of when you change clinics or move towns.

It works entirely on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no ads. Your list is yours, and it stays on the device.

MEDICATIONS
• Keep a list of what you take — name, strength, how often, and the words printed on your own label.
• Point the camera at a box or pharmacy label and the details fill themselves in. You check them before saving.
• Scan a Webster or blister pack and bring the whole week in at once.
• Reminders that arrive on time, including on the lock screen, and stop once you mark the dose as taken.
• Record why each medicine is taken, so the list still makes sense a year from now.
• Questions to ask your pharmacist: well-known combinations and the food and alcohol notes off ancillary labels, always phrased as something to ask — never as advice.

APPOINTMENTS AND CHECK-UPS
• Appointments with a reminder the evening before and on the day.
• Referrals tracked from written to booked to done.
• Reminders for screening, vaccination and dental intervals, based on the intervals published by Australian programs.
