MIRI is a reverse alarm. Instead of picking a wake-up time, you decide when you need to ARRIVE, then list your day as a chain of events: sleep, shower, breakfast, commute. Give each one a duration and MIRI works out when everything has to happen — including exactly when to wake up and when to walk out the door.
