Follow people, share workout posts with your chosen audience, and tag the people you trained with. Like and comment on shared workouts, try an exercise from a post, and discover public Programs.

FREE TRAINING, OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Camera-free workouts, manual logging, Programs, and social features remain free. Free accounts include 3 live camera workouts each month. Premium unlocks unlimited live camera workouts. Eligible early members can choose Founding Member subscription pricing that continues while the subscription remains active.

BUILT WITH CAMERA PRIVACY IN MIND
Live workout camera frames are processed on your device for supported rep counting. Traina does not create or upload workout videos. Photos are optional when sharing a workout or requesting a new exercise. Use guest mode or sign in for sync and social features. Account deletion is available in the app.
