Choose the promise that matters: quit the thing that's costing you, or build the thing you keep putting off. Swear it out loud. Your recording never leaves your phone. It exists for one reason: so in the exact moment you're about to break, you can hear yourself swear it.

THE RECKONING
Every night, one honest answer: did you keep your oath? Hold to answer. Break a day and it goes on the wall as a scar, carried honestly, never hidden. The campaign continues.

THE FALLEN
Twelve foes stand across your year. Each one got exactly as far as you: three days, a month, half a year. Then they broke. Face the one who fell where you now stand. Outlast them, and you don't become them.

THE CLIMB
