Choose the apps you want to keep awake. Smoor gently holds everything else back until you are ready.

Phone, Clock and other essentials always stay reachable. Calls and notifications are controlled by your Smoored Focus, so the people you choose can still reach you. You are not cutting yourself off; you are deciding what gets your attention.

Start Smoor with Siri, the Action Button or Control Centre. Stop the same way, with Face ID or your device passcode confirming it is you. When you stop, your full phone returns.

There are no streaks, scores or guilt. Smoor does not measure your behaviour or watch how you use your phone.

Your chosen apps, Screen Time activity, browsing and Smoored state stay on your device. Smoor has no analytics, advertising trackers or usage telemetry.

Use Smoor for an hour of writing, an evening with your family, or a morning you would rather begin yourself.
