  selected app, review a few flashcards. Then

  need to scroll.

  Unlike a rigid app blocker, eincard does not
  lock you out. It adds useful friction. Screen
  time becomes active recall, and the habit of
  checking your phone becomes a cue to learn.

  1. Create or import a flashcard deck.
  2. Choose the distracting apps you want to gate.
  3. Follow the guided setup for an Apple
  Shortcuts automation.
  4. Review cards whenever you open a selected
  app.
  5. Continue after studying or return to what
  matters.
