## Description

Develop the skill of playing by ear with this approach: hear the melodic structure, know it, and play it back across progressively richer modal and chromatic contexts.

Use TonalPath to practise playing by ear and strengthen musical memory through the connection between hearing, knowing, and playing melodic structures.
The exercises are built from melodic shapes rather than notation or isolated interval labels.
They begin with short phrases made from small groups of tones. Later exercises use longer phrases and more complex relationships between tones, leading to chromatic material.
