It combines Screen Time website filtering, DNS protection, explicit-content restrictions, disable cooldowns, and protection status checks to create friction when urges strike.

Urge also includes a structured recovery curriculum covering triggers, dopamine, emotional escapes, urge surfing, self-compassion, boredom tolerance, and real connection. Track clean streaks, learn your patterns, and practice guided breathwork with presets for calm, sleep, focus, and resets. Urge is a behavior-change tool, not medical care or therapy.
