Praxis turns any phone video of a movement into a structured biomechanics report — no wearables, no markers, no lab.

Film a squat, deadlift, jump, sprint, or sport skill. Praxis reads the movement from the video and returns a clear breakdown: what's working, what to fix, and why — in language matched to who you are.

HOW IT WORKS

Optional two-phone capture adds a second angle over your local network for a fuller 3D picture. LiDAR and high-frame-rate capture are supported on compatible devices.

PRIVACY
Your videos are processed to produce your analysis. You control what's saved, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile. Praxis does not use your data for advertising or tracking.
