## Description

For the day the to-do list stopped working. Talk for thirty seconds, get back one small doable step. No list, no streaks, no guilt. Nothing you say leaves your phone.

It's noon, the morning somehow disappeared, and you still haven't started. The to-do list has been sitting there so long that just looking at it makes things worse.

One Thing was built for that exact moment.

Talk for thirty seconds about whatever is piling up in your head. The laundry, the email you keep avoiding, the thing due Thursday. The app gives you back one task, with a first step so small it feels almost
silly. "Open Mail and find their message. That's all for now." You do it, tap done, and the next step shows up.

NO LIST, ON PURPOSE
There is no list anywhere in the app. Lists are what got you stuck in the first place. You only ever see the step in front of you, and behind it, the steps you've already finished. By evening, that little trail
is real proof of a real day.

YOU NEVER HAVE TO CHOOSE
The app picks what you work on. If it offers something you can't face right now, decline it and it offers something else. It won't ask why.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything runs on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. What you say never leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, nobody keeping score. Some of what you say out loud on a bad day is personal, and it should stay that way.

NO STREAKS, NO GUILT
No notifications. The app doesn't care how long you've been gone. Show up when you need it.

One Thing won't get your whole list done. But on a day when everything feels impossible, doing one thing means everything.
