OpenAirBook is the flight management app for drone pilots and operators in Spain. It brings together planning, execution, documentation and traceability for every UAS operation in one place.

SMART PLANNING

Plan flights by current location or search, drawing the area or point on the map.
Check official ENAIRE restrictions (seven layers: geographical zones, NOTAMs, aerodromes and more) before flying.
Direct link to the NOTAM ICARO portal.
Real-time weather, a five-day forecast and the Kp geomagnetic activity index.
Planning, pre-flight and post-flight checklists tailored to each operation, with official EASA and NON EASA content (open category, operational authorisation and STS).

COMPLETE FLEET MANAGEMENT

Register your drones with a guiding assessment of regulatory requirements.
Maintenance and UAS actions with reminders.
Pilot licences and certifications with PDF or image attachments.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

Request the urban-environment flight permit from the Ministry of the Interior directly from the app: we guide you step by step, pre-fill your details on the official electronic office form, and help you complete the signature from your computer.

REPORTS AND TRACEABILITY

Generate PDF reports for each flight, your full logbook, and pilot or team history.
Report incidents with type, severity and linked flight, with history and export via email or WhatsApp.

TEAM WORK (BUSINESS)

Manage pilots, flights, tasks and approvals for your whole team from a centralised panel.
Invite pilots and track each one's activity.

AI ASSISTANT

Get help with planning, risk, regulations and flight zones from AI built into the app.
