Field Tech Report helps field service teams document work on site and send professional PDF reports to the office—without storing report content in the cloud.
Built for companies with technicians in the field and an office that needs structured reports.

WHAT TECHNICIANS CAN DO
• Create field reports with typed notes and voice-to-text
• Attach site photos from the camera
• Capture GPS location on reports
• Email a PDF to the office with one tap (Send to Office)
• View submitted reports on the device

WHAT COMPANIES GET
• Local-first design: report content stays on the technician’s device
• Office receives PDFs via the technician’s Mail app
• Company admin portal to create and revoke activation codes for each device
• Deactivate a code when an employee leaves or loses a phone

HOW LICENSING WORKS
Field Tech Report is licensed to companies. Technicians enter an activation code provided by their office administrator. There is no App Store subscription in this version.
