Modif is a lightweight emotion journal for choosing how today feels from 500 emotions and saving it in color.

Choose an emotion and the entire screen shifts to match its color and mood. Read its name and description, add an optional note for that date, and use the weekly calendar at the bottom to see your emotional flow at a glance.

No long entry is required. One emotion and a short note are enough to leave a trace of the day.
