## Description

Most meditation apps talk at you. Motionless just watches one thing: how physically still you can sit.

Wear your Apple Watch, or rest your iPhone on your lap, and try not to move. Motionless reads the motion sensor, most sensitively on your wrist, to catch the smallest fidget, sway, or scratch, and scores your stillness in real time. A gentle haptic on the wrist lets you know the moment you move, no sound, no lecture.

It is built for the part of practice no one helps you with: the body. The itch you do not scratch. The urge to shift that you let pass. Motionless gives that invisible discipline a number, so you can watch it grow.

WHY THE WRIST
Your wrist is where movement shows up first, which is exactly where the Apple Watch sits. It is the most sensitive, most honest read on physical stillness, and almost no meditation app scores it. Your iPhone works too, rest it nearby and it measures the same way.

WHY STILLNESS
In zazen and vipassana, physical stillness is the practice, not a side effect. Motionless is a mirror for that, a high score is a nice signal, never the point.
