Block the apps that steal your time. Earn them back with steps. Every 250 steps unlocks 1 minute of access. Hit your daily goal and your apps open up. Don't walk and they stay locked.  

YOUR RULES, YOUR APPS 
Choose exactly which apps to block. Set your own step goal. Spend your earned minutes whenever you want or save them up for the weekend. You're in control.
