CONNECT YOUR HEALTH SYSTEM
Link your Epic MyChart account to automatically sync labs, medications, immunizations, conditions, allergies, appointments, and clinical documents. Uses the same secure login your health system provides — Caregram requests read-only access and stores records directly on your device, never on our servers.

SCAN INSURANCE CARDS
Point your camera at any insurance card and Caregram reads the carrier name, member ID, group number, BIN, PCN, and RxBin — front and back. No manual typing.

IMPORT FROM APPLE HEALTH
Pull in lab results and vitals already captured in Apple Health to fill gaps in your record.

ON-DEVICE ASSISTANT
On supported devices, an on-device assistant (Apple Intelligence) helps you read and summarize your records — entirely locally, nothing sent to any server.

REMINDERS
Per-slot medicine reminders and appointment reminders that work with your calendar.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account required. No health data ever sent to us. Enable iCloud backup (Premium) to sync across your own Apple devices using your private iCloud account — we never see that data either.
