Resonate is a heart-coherence trainer for iPhone and Apple Watch. It gently guides your breathing to help bring your heart rhythm and nervous system into a smooth, balanced state known as coherence.

Breathing is simply the mechanism — coherence is the goal. As your heart rhythm becomes smoother, the experience responds in real time: the haptics soften into a living pulse, the audio grows richer, and the central visual becomes more symmetrical and luminous. Resonate is a mirror of your state, not a metronome.
