TrackPhase is free to download. Athletes use the app completely free. Coaches start on a free plan (1 team, up to 8 athletes) and can unlock advanced tools with an optional Coach Pro or Coach Elite subscription (details below).

FOR ATHLETES (free):
- Daily wellness check-ins capturing sleep, energy, soreness, and mood
- Readiness score with personalized training guidance
- ACWR (Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio) tracking to prevent overtraining
- View your coach-assigned workouts with full exercise details
- Log personal workouts, competition results, and personal records
- Training history with interactive wellness and workload charts
- Private training journal with tags and search
- Fitness-fatigue model with performance predictions

FOR COACHES:
The free plan includes team creation (1 team, up to 8 athletes), the session builder (up to 5 templates), and athlete profiles.

A paid Coach Pro or Coach Elite subscription is required to unlock advanced coaching tools, including:
- Team wellness matrix with risk stratification across your roster (Pro & Elite)
- ACWR risk zones and session impact modeling (Pro & Elite)
- Intelligent alerts for overtraining, undertraining, and wellness decline (Pro & Elite)
- Competition management with event entries, results, and PR tracking (Pro & Elite)
- CSV export of wellness data and competition results (Pro & Elite)
- Higher athlete, team, and template limits (Pro & Elite)
- Advanced analytics (Coach Elite only)
