Simple Trip Meter is a precise GPS distance meter and speedometer made for
rally co-drivers. It shows the exact distance you have covered, your
current speed and the time — on a clean, high-contrast screen you can
read at a glance.
 
It is built around the road book. When the notes say "in 21.3 km,
turn right," you need a distance you can trust, measured straight
from GPS.

• Precise GPS measurement of the distance traveled — kilometers or
  miles, following your phone's region settings
• Current speed (km/h or mph) and an accurate clock
• One-tap correction, −100 m or +100 m, to keep in step with your
  road book
• Reset protected by a confirmation, so the trip is never cleared

• Keeps measuring in the background, screen kept awake during a stage
• Stops on its own after five hours in the background to spare battery
• Completely offline — no account, no network, no advertising
