Love Your Bus Stop is a quick way to do something about it.

Open the app at a bus stop near you. Spend a minute telling us what's already there - is there a shelter? A bench? Lighting? A printed timetable? Tell us the condition of each feature, and take some photos. Submit, and earn points.

Your survey doesn't vanish into a database. It goes straight to our team at Transport Made Simple, owners of Central Connect, the largest independently owned public transport operator in East Anglia. Our teams work with our local authority partners to log issues and prioritise spending based on where the need is greatest. The more stops we cover together, the smarter those spending decisions become.

We're live across East Anglia, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and parts of London. We're planning to expand once we've got these areas covered.
