TODAY
Open the app and see the day: which homes are due, which are overdue, and what each one pays. Your recent reports are on the same screen.

HOME WATCH
Walk the house with the checklist the owner agreed to. Tick each item, note what you saw, and take a photo. If the day interrupts, finish later and nothing is lost. Every item carries a timestamped photo, and the owner gets a clear report with anything you flagged.

CLEANING
A cleaning list for each house, after photos from the camera on every clean, and your invoice or Venmo request the moment you lock up. When the family books their stay in their app, the turnover clean is on your route the day they leave. No per-cleaner fee.

REPAIRS
The job comes in with a photo. Price it from the truck, one number and a note. The owner says yes in writing from wherever they are. Do the work, and the bill goes out at the price they approved, plus anything extra you bought. No lead fee, ever.

CLIENT HOMES
Every client home in one place: the work you've done there, your rate, what isn't billed yet, and how to reach the owner.

BILLING
Every home check, clean and repair adds to the bill as you go. Put a family's work on one invoice or bill each time, send it on your own Stripe, Wave or Venmo, and see it go from sent to paid.

THE OWNER'S SIDE
The owner sees your work the moment you finish, in this app or on the web: one record on both sides, no email chains. When they need something done before a stay, the ask lands on your list, not in your texts. Homeowners also use House Matters for the home itself: keys, stays, supplies and upkeep in one place.
