Markepi adds beautiful watermarks to your photos and videos, then shares them anywhere without ever cluttering your camera roll. For photos, it can also embed C2PA Content Credentials so viewers can check whether an image has been changed since you signed it.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE MARKEPI

- Share without auto-saving. Watermark and share in one tap. Markepi never writes to your photo library unless you choose Save, so your camera roll stays clean.
- Photos and videos. One simple workflow for both.
- HDR and metadata preserved. Exports keep their HDR, color profiles, and metadata like GPS, date, and device. You can also strip the fields you would rather not share.
- Gallery frames. Choose Classic for a clean centred caption, or Gallery for a matted, two-column layout with an automatic brand mark like "Shot on iPhone 17 Pro" pulled from your photo's own metadata, 25 brands recognized, including the top phone and camera makers. Frame width and sizing are set in real millimetres, and the brand mark can be turned off anytime.
- Import from anywhere. Pick media in-app, or send it from Photos, Safari, or any app via the share sheet.
- Batch processing. Watermark and sign a whole shoot at once for consistent branding.
- Custom templates. Save your favorite watermark and signing setups and apply them with one tap.
- Precise placement. Drag text, logos, and your signature anywhere on the photo with your finger.
- On-device and offline. All processing happens locally. No accounts, no servers, no network calls.

CONTENT CREDENTIALS FOR PHOTOS

Markepi can embed C2PA Content Credentials into your photo exports. These are a signed record based on the open standard from the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity. Anyone can inspect them with free tools like contentcredentials.org/verify, and if the photo changes after signing, verification shows it.

Content Credentials are currently supported for photos. They stay attached as long as the file is transferred byte-for-byte, such as saving to Files or sharing over AirDrop. Some services and social platforms re-encode images on upload, which can strip the credentials.

Signing happens entirely on your device, using an identity stored on your device and hardware-backed by the Secure Enclave where available. Because that identity is device-generated, verifiers show it as a self-declared signer. That means honest provenance, not a claim we cannot back. Existing credentials on your source are preserved rather than overwritten. Video signing is on the roadmap.
