## Description

Training on your smart trainer is a great way to stay in shape for your rides out in the real world, but training programs can become demotivating. Day after day of riding the program can make you lose sight of what matters at the end of the day, having fun! 

Freewheel enables you to break out of the normal options to get a workout in, but also mix it up. The apps that come with the trainer aren't designed to support taking other types of training content such as a spin class. 

Freewheel gives you the control you need to enjoy a different way of working out on your trainer. Presets and a timeline that give you the on demand changes with the added bonus of consistency. Spin classes are a great way to get in a good workout and have a great time doing it!
