Blocked dates now show in each property's own color, so one look tells you which unit is free and which is off the market.

Run every rental you manage from one calendar.

Add a property, paste the iCal link from wherever it's listed, and its reservations show up next to everything else you run. Each property carries its own color, so a glance at the month tells you what's booked and what's still open.

ONE CALENDAR FOR EVERY UNIT
Bookings from all your properties stack on the same month grid, each in the property's color. Hide a property when you want to look at the rest.

IMPORT FROM YOUR LISTING SITES
Any site that publishes an iCal link works, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Google Calendar. CalDaar rechecks your feeds every 30 minutes and pulls in new reservations, so you're not copying dates by hand.

SHARE YOUR AVAILABILITY
Every property gets a private feed link you can hand to a cleaner or subscribe to in Apple Calendar. Guest names stay out of that feed unless you decide to include them.

BLOCK DATES YOURSELF
Maintenance, a family stay, a gap you want to keep free. Blocked days show in the property's color with a striped pattern, so they read differently from a paid stay without hiding which unit they belong to.

CATCH DOUBLE BOOKINGS
Channel calendars lag by a few hours, which is how two guests end up on the same night. Overlapping stays get flagged in red on the day they collide.

WORK WITH CO-HOSTS
Invite a partner, a manager or a cleaner by email. They see the calendar for the properties you share with them, from their own account.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Check-in and check-out times, guest contact, party size, price, notes. Each property keeps its own timezone, so a 3pm check-in means 3pm where the house is.

A REMINDER THE DAY BEFORE
A push notification the morning before an arrival, grouped per property, telling you who's coming.

Dark mode and iPad are supported, and there's a web version at caldaar.com for when you'd rather work from a laptop.
