HOW IT WORKS

Just Start. The core screen drops the cost of beginning to almost nothing. No picker, no setup. You tap, and you go.

Mood check. Before you start, Beginary asks how thinking about the task feels: Fine, Wired, Heavy, or Stuck. There's no right answer. Your mood shapes what happens next: a Heavy afternoon and a Wired one don't get the same screen.

Warm-Up. When starting cold feels like too much, a short warm-up gives you an on-ramp instead of a cliff.

AI Breakdown. When a task is too big to see the start of, Beginary breaks it into small, doable pieces.

Gentle nudges, firm when it matters. Reminders are soft by default: a quiet heads-up, never a guilt trip. For the tasks that truly need to break through, you can opt specific ones into a firm alarm. You decide which tasks earn that.
