Planwise is a calm daily planner and time-blocking task manager that turns a busy to-do list into a clear timeline. Capture what is on your mind, decide when it belongs, and focus on the next step without losing sight of the rest.

PLAN AROUND REAL LIFE
• Create one-off and repeating tasks
• Add a start time, planned duration, date, notes, color, and icon
• See tasks, open time, and the current moment in one daily timeline
• Move unfinished one-off tasks to tomorrow, next week, or another date
• Set your wake time, bedtime, first day of the week, and rest days

REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS
Choose a default alert for task reminders: at start time, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes before, one hour before, or never. You can also enable an optional weekly planning nudge. Task reminders pause on your rest days.

CAPTURE FIRST, SCHEDULE LATER
Drop an unstructured thought into Plan, then turn it into a scheduled task when you are ready. Planwise can suggest the first available slot within your waking hours, while you stay in control of every detail.

LOCAL-FIRST AND PRIVATE
Your planning data starts on your device and is sent only when needed for features you choose, such as cloud backup or collaboration. Notifications are optional. Planwise does not show ads or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. You can permanently delete your account and cloud data in the app.
