Game Missions offer lighter friction:
- Alpaca Hop: clear a short wake-gate course
- 67 Counter: complete hand-swap reps
- Alarm Boss: complete a camera battle
- Quick Math: solve math problems

Exercise Missions add a movement check:
- Squats: complete 5, 10, or 15 live reps
- Push-ups: complete 5, 10, or 15 live reps
