## Description

HelloBus is an on-demand transport service that connects the municipalities of Tremosine sul Garda and Limone sul Garda in a simple, flexible and sustainable way.
Unlike traditional scheduled buses, HelloBus does not follow fixed routes or timetables. It takes you from your departure bus stop to your destination bus stopwithout any changes, optimising the route based on the bookings received.
With the app, you can book a ride in just a few clicks, choosing whether to specify a departure time or the time by which you’d like to reach your destination.

Book however you like
- Would you like to book in advance?
(1) Book up to 7 days in advance
(2) Book up to 30 minutes before departure
- Are you looking for a ride in the next 30 minutes? Request a ride as soon as possible. Provided there is a vehicle available, we’ll propose a ride for you as soon as possible. 

Manage your journeys directly from the app
- View all booked journeys in the calendar
- Edit or cancel bookings
- Save your favourite addresses for faster bookings
- Add accompanying guests
- Please indicate if you require a wheelchair

Stay up to date: Receive reminders via text message:
- The evening before the trip, at around 7 pm
- About 30 minutes before departure
- About 10 minutes before the vehicle arrives
What’s more, you can track the vehicle’s arrival in real time from 30 minutes before boarding.

Simple and transparent payments. You can pay for the journey:
- Pay on board by credit card or debit card (€2.00)
- Pay on board in cash (€2.50)
It is not possible to pay in-app.

When is the service available?
HelloBus is available from Monday to Saturday, between 07.30am and 7pm.
