## Description

One tap and your server is doing what you told it to. SSH commands, live output and a security model that respects your credentials.

Server Button turns a remote server into a tap-and-go control panel. Add the hosts you care about, define a button for every command you run regularly, and trigger them from your phone — without ever opening a terminal.

Designed for people who manage their own infrastructure
Restart a bot, kill a runaway process, check uptime, run a backup, reset a service. Server Button keeps the day-to-day commands one tap away.

Security first
- Server passwords and SSH keys live in the iOS Keychain, readable only while the device is unlocked. No iCloud Keychain auto-sync; credentials migrate to a new device only through an encrypted device backup that nobody but you can decrypt.
- Face ID / Touch ID app lock with a configurable grace period.
- Optional Face ID / Touch ID gate per button for high-risk actions.
- Trust-On-First-Use host key verification — Server Button records each server's fingerprint on the first connection and rejects later mismatches so a man-in-the-middle attempt is caught.
- Privacy overlay hides the app content in the iOS app switcher.

Built for real workflows
- Password or SSH key authentication (RSA & Ed25519, with optional passphrase).
- Per-button working directory and "Confirm before run" toggle.
- Run commands on the active host or pin a button to a specific one.
- Live terminal-style output panel with copy + clear.
- Persistent log history with search, success / failed / per-host filters and a configurable retention window.
- Manual connect / disconnect with optional auto-connect and SSH keep-alive.
- Configurable connection and command timeout — commands stuck on an interactive prompt are automatically aborted.
- Light, Dark and System appearance.

What we never do
No telemetry. No analytics. No ads. No accounts. SSH connections go directly from your device to your server — Server Button has no back-end and we have no servers to leak your data through.

Server Button is built by an independent developer who uses the app every day. One-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring fees.
Actively maintained.
