tracking, and team communication in one mobile app.

Built for event production teams: stage crews, tour managers, venue staff,
and department heads who need real-time visibility into calls, crew, and
communication without digging through email threads or spreadsheets.

SCHEDULING & PROJECTS
See every upcoming call at a glance on the Projects tab, or drill into a
project to view its full run of calls — load-in, rehearsal, show, load-out —
with venue, time, and crew details. Filter by status or time range to find
what you need fast.

TIME CLOCK
Crew can clock in and out for scheduled calls right from their phone.
Supervisors get bulk "Clock In All Crew" tools plus ad-hoc time entry for
off-call work, so payroll always reflects real hours worked.

TEAM MESSAGING
Direct and group conversations keep crews in sync, with read receipts,
photo attachments, and priority flags for anything time-sensitive.

NOTES & PHOTOS
Log per-project notes (public or personal) and attach photos to document
load-ins, damage, or setup — all tied to the right project automatically.

SAFETY
Quick access to safety reference information, including workers'
compensation guidance, right from the Settings tab.

Site Manager is a companion app for CrewConnect and requires an existing
CrewConnect account provided by your production company or employer.
