## Description

Upshift Cycling turns any standard Bluetooth power meter into a calm, beautiful live readout - watts and cadence, the moment you pedal.

It speaks the standard BLE Cycling Power Service, so it works with Stages, 4iiii, Favero, Quarq, Wahoo, and almost any other meter that broadcasts power - no brand lock-in, no firmware writes. Upshift only ever reads from your meter. It never changes a setting on it.

- Live cadence (RPM), with a smart hold so it never falsely drops to zero between crank turns
- Color that responds to every watt - from a calm cyan at recovery to the full Coggan zone palette as you push
- Instant / 3-second / 10-second power smoothing
- Swap the hero metric between watts and cadence, or show both side by side

TRAIN BY ZONE
- 7 Coggan power zones, computed live from your FTP
- Normalized Power, Intensity Factor, Training Stress Score, kilojoules
