Supe builds the estimate with you — materials, labor, cost breakdown by trade — and prices it to your area. Standing in the driveway with a homeowner who wants a quote? 20% overhead and profit and 10% contingency on every estimate by default. Adjust the number; don't rebuild the estimate. Regional material and labor pricing, not a national average.
